Heart Lake Dermatology Centre is currently accepting referrals for medical dermatology consultations.
Please note that a doctor’s referral is required for all medical dermatology consultations.
Medical conditions that require a referral letter include; skin cancers, skin exams, cysts, lipomas, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, warts, melasma, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), scars, rashes, eczema, hyperpigmentation or any other medical dermatology condition.
Each individual member within a family requires a unique referral in order to be evaluated at the same time.
We have one of the shortest wait-lists in Ontario for skin cancer and suspicious mole consultations.
Our expeditious processing system allows us to evaluate most general medical dermatology referrals within 14 days of receiving a referral from a requesting physician or nurse practitioner. Referrals from any physician can be faxed to our office at:

We are located at 180 Sandalwood Parkway East in Brampton at the intersection of Sandalwood Parkway & Kennedy Road on the North-West corner.
Our clinic is situated adjacent to the Beer Store and is behind the Petro-Canada gas station.
Parking: Lots of free parking.
